Hydraulic systems where water fluid is properly free of contamination are more efficient, produce less noise and have a longer service life.MUT DG HP composite gas separator are used to remove continuously gasses in the hydraulic circuits. They allow to separate air and cooling gasses, collecting them in the upper part (collection sump).

The main body is made of high-strength technopolymer. Inside the “body”,in a position transversal to theflow direction, there is a special stainless steel filter with cyclone effectthat allows a reduction in speed, releasing micro-bubblesthat will create a bigger bubble through the filter, that will be releasedin the air via a breather valve.

The breather valve is automatic because it is opened by a floaterthat opens or closes the valve depending on the water level.If the water level rises over the limit, the floater will close the breathervalve blocking the water from overflowing.
